@Helenshuk2011 @StevenIsserlis @British_Airways MRS-LHR must have something against violas ….always have an argument with check in for this route when taking viola….Mind you, last week, they cancelled whole flight with 3 hrs notice …just had email to say they’ll pay for EZY tkt and compensation

Cancelling the ba371 with less than 3 hours notice and no notification via email (I found out by randomly checking flight status) - not acceptable BA …. Air traffic restrictions would have been known before then surely? You also allowed me to check in online …. #britishairways

Huge thanks to @easyJet for flying me back from Marseille to Ldn on 21:55 after @British_Airways cancelled flight & didn’t send email until 18:39.Not acceptable… maybe @British_Airways you’d like to tell the bride I’m playing for today that she nearly didn’t have wedding music
