A few updates to the community on the event of Notional split:
I'm one of the 13 senior devs who have left @notionaldao and also one of the resigned co-founders owning a total of roughly 30% of the company on paper.
I was the Infrastructure lead, who in charge of running Notional's validators and by so I managed some of Notional's cryptographic keys. Because of many internal issues, the sensitivity of cryptographic keys and other legal risks involving my departure, I have been following the consultation of my lawyers and have discussed with Notional on executing the handover process and share negotiation under the law. Notional has agreed and will have their T&P attorneys contact me in the near future.
I will cooperatively follow all legal guidelines on the handover process as well as the transfer of shares.

That's going to be released at 1600 UTC today and I think I don't yet have complete information on it. I just wanted to let everybody know that as usual in a security incident, we are very happy to assist affected teams for free. It doesn't matter if you're @TeamKujira or @cosmoshub -- we will assist regardless.
