The rainfall will be associated mainly with the southwest monsoon, several low-pressure systems, and, in part, with the tropical system Saudel, which could intensify into a typhoon. Intense downpours may cause dangerous flooding and landslides.

广西洪灾，有灾民讲自己家一无所有了。前几年河北洪灾许多家庭被毁得干干净净，一无所有，他们是怎么熬过来的❓这种情况如果政府不予以救济，这些人真没法活了。但中国地方政府还有“摊捐”和变相“逼捐”的恶习，也就是一旦发生自然灾害，就会有捐款指标下达到企业，企业是没得选，没钱借贷也得捐。这种现象在2008年汶川地震之后尤其严重。不知道现在地方政府还会不会这么干，毕竟各省都在忍受巨大财政赤字，能够拿出来救灾的钱并不多了。
