In this spontaneously breathing patient, significant increase in vein diameter (presumably with valsalva) is NOT suggestive of elevated RAP. Every method has caveats but that's a reasonable conclusion based on the given image.

@TomJelic@EUSmkh Wow!!!! We try to make sure all our graduates can get a good subcostal view for this very reason. It probably isn’t enough if they aren’t able to maintain the skill after graduation though.
