@Tex_968@KristinaJulia2@YouTube Hard to say "best" bridge ever, but the roll call is a short list. Definitely among the most optimistic, a key trait of Marley songs. "Nothing but blue skies..." For a different spin, check out the Hothouse Flowers' version. https://t.co/neL4LyJTno
@coolmom999 @crumbsoxbeatny@deweerdt51@Super70sSports “But me, I know exactly what I’m going to find...” Was 30 miles from Laurel just last week. Now, I feel regret I didn’t take the time to actually put my feet on the ground there, or, for that matter, Meridian, which was damn near as close.
@KC4UTM @Super70sSports In high school, we had a jukebox in the cafeteria. Someone played “Just Got Paid” every single day during my sophomore year. Every time I hear it, I am right back in that cafeteria.
@twaller44@Super70sSports “Give It To Me” from “Bloodshot” is one of the all-time great jams of the 70s, along with “House Party” and “Southside Shuffle” from same LP.
@Tex_968 Yes, one widowed aunt, many cousins and extended family all over the area, not to mention all the friends. My aunt’s house is probably 2-3 miles from the fire.
Together we affirm: blessed are the peacemakers. Let us model the peace we wish to see in the world. May we lead by example and remain peaceful in the face of disturbance. It is in this way we can teach the world about peace. Namaste.
