I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my complaint regarding UPI services has been handled. Despite no resolution of the issue, SBI has wrongfully marked my complaint as resolved and closed it, which is completely unacceptable.

It is not the resolution as my UPI is still inactive... And the mail received is that branch reactivated my UPI service which is a lie...
I am serious when I say I'm facing issues in day to day transactions

Previously I raised a complaint ( 958636090 - Complaint No.)... And what I get as a resolution, is a mail back informing my UPI is active now and close the complaint... But that was a proper lie... Whether your branch is telling lies or you that's your problem..
