Hey @Optus it’s been 4 business days but my incident INC4293284 is yet to be resolved. This is impacting my work. I can’t survive with the 4G speed for all the official work. Can you get it resolved urgently and enable my NBN connection?

@HiltonHotels @HiltonFiji so the response which I’m getting is that there is no suspicious activity in my room. Well it’s not helping my case. 2 days are gone and police report is not yet filed. I’m the one who lost his items. I don’t trust the system anymore. Who will compensate for my loss ?? It is causing my family extreme distress. I’m going to ask all my family and friends never to book at any of @HiltonHotels. This is bringing bad name to whole of @TourismFiji @HCI_Suva

@HiltonHotels @HiltonFiji Hi, need urgent intervention. My jewellery items has been stolen from my hotel room just before checkout on 2nd Dec morning. I was staying at Hilton Resorts, Denarau. Items worth $5000 has been stolen. This seems like a very well planned theft as it was done just before checkout. I’m sure housekeeping has done this theft. I need your help to find out who all entered my room, Room#2613 yesterday morning between 9am-10.30am. It must be available in the camera feeds. I stayed there for 4 nights but the theft happened exactly on the last day before checkout.
I never expected theft happening at a renowned place like Hilton.
I need you to find my items else I’ll be left with no other choice than to reach out to local Fiji police.
Do respond urgently else I’ll start tagging people.
