Bolstering the services already in place will make greater change than overhauling the entire second amendment. Change that happens gradually is proven last.

@RiversStuart @JoeBiden A nut will be a nut. Gun, knife, baseball bat, crowbar, if someone is hell bent on carnage, they’re gonna cause it. Repealing the 2nd amendment won’t stop nuts from getting guns. It’ll only stop law abiding citizens from getting them.
