Extremely disappointed in @amazonIN, purchased a google pixel 7 pro a year back, phone stops working 5 days after warranty expiry. Tried to get phone repaired, I am told that the phone is of japanese origin and is servicable only in Japan. It doesnt say this anywhere on the page.

On contacting @amazonIN support, I was told they cannot help me since the warranty has expired. In my opinion this is cheating the customer, If you are selling a product in India with a warranty and service only In japan, the least you can do is say so on the product page
