@DeanTTraining disagree full body 2x is a VERY good split if you dont have time for more and you actually program it like its 2x frequency. Way better than maintenance. everything between 2-4 is great splits/training amount in a week
@bolexy2004 gaining 15 kg of muslce. People can literally just eat less calories and lose bodyfat. And its 10 times faster than 15 kg of muscle. you are just delusional if you think otherwise...
@stoiccpath take one set of quads hams calves glutes etc maybe add a rdl and pendulum squat. keep everything in like 1-2 sets with 4-8 reps and you could be able too do it with fatigue management - always going to 1-2 rir instead of 0/failure.
@stoiccpath of course if you know your programming these people in the comments just dont know programming, and still think 1x or even 0,5 frequency per week is good or enough is just diabolical in 2026...
@BowTiedYukon it really doesnt matter that much its not great form yeah but those reps will still count for something ROM is overrated in some of these discussions just like the eccentric phase is.
@DeanTTraining just write down everything you do, then you can see what should be your 1 rir everytime, however if it is 0 or 2 rir sometimes is not that big a deal. Most people would grow better with only 1 rir training tho
@Maxis_arena creatine may or may not have some good effects on training, you will see more lean mass in the short term but in the long term not really, if you have vitamin deficiencies you should look into that. Generally most supplements are overrated.
@hubermanlab@trainer2thepros face pulls are so fucking overrated man, stop doing them, do rows, kelso shrugs etc they can actually be loaded, theyy have way more stability so you can actually train the muscles with enough intensity. Its not something special for your posture either...
@oieKent@United_Africana So a Marathon runner that creates massive amounts of muscle damage is gonna get huge. Mechanical is the Only thing to worry about in hypertrophy training
@SamaHoole why are we not holding the neutral grip on the upper chest exercises yet, otherwise really good information in form is in check which you have to earn before doing imo
@DeanTTraining i personally think bulking is overrated as you dont need it for maximising muslce growth however if you are not in a healthy body fat % get there first with a bulk/cut.
