@JioCare I have raised relocation request twice, there has simply not been any response. Appointments are given no technician arrives. Have called customer care multiple times, they open a ticket and close it without resolution.

There is a hub next to our house, everytime you resolve issue for one customer, you remove another customers internet connection. Pathetic to say the least.

They call me and say we can't deliver, provide your passbook photo to process refund. And when I said I'm not comfortable sharing the same, the customer care executive asks me if I'm educated. 🙏🏻
