I recently looked at the ingredient of Amul Masti Buttermilk in a Tetra Pak and noticed that it doesn't mention any ingredient related to the fermentation such as a starter culture or lactic acid bacteria that are typically used to convert milk into curd.

Today I purchased clothes from Reliance Trends and Pantaloons and was surprised to learn that providing a mobile number is compulsory to get exchange or replacement benefits.I refused to share my phone number at the billing counter,but the staff clearly said that mobile required.
