“As one of the special witnesses of the name of Christ in all the world, I testify that He is the Son of the living God. Jesus is the Christ—our atoning Savior and Redeemer. This is His Church, restored to bless God’s children and to prepare the world for the Second Coming of the Lord.” —Russell M. Nelson (1924–2025).

Fly me to the Moon 🌙
This image was taken on the sixth day of the #Artemis I mission by a camera on @NASA_Orion. On Mon. Nov 21, it came within 80 miles of the lunar surface - the closest approach of the uncrewed mission.
My favorite shot released by NASA so far during the Artemis I mission is not of the Moon but of Earth, as Orion was 57,000 miles away and captured this pale blue dot hanging in the vastness of space. It rivals, IMO, the remarkable Earthrise photo taken during Apollo 8.
Earthset. 🌎
@NASA_Orion captured this shot of Earth “setting” while the spacecraft passed close to the Moon. Nearly 270,000 miles (430,000 km) away, #Artemis I will soon surpass Apollo 13’s record-setting distance from Earth in a spacecraft designed to carry astronauts.

What's better than one Electron on the pad? How about two? With Pad B at Launch Complex 1 now up and running, we're bringing you the full virtual tour of our spaceport in all its glory.
Kill the lights – we’re simulating a Moonwalk!
Divers at NASA’s Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory turned off the lights to simulate what an Artemis astronaut might experience at the lunar south pole - long, dark shadows.
