I think the concern in this case is the electricity grid may fail and therfore air con fail. I'd imagine Arizona could look at 50C+

@Njoka366417 @RogerHallamCS21 Yeah its cooler in the shade. Human body temp needs to be maintained below ~40C. If the external temp is above this the body normally sweats to regulate it. The higher the temp goes the harder the body has to work to maintain temps. Here's a summary

@Njoka366417 @RogerHallamCS21 Our natural body temperatures is about 37C. The further above this temperatures the body sweats to keep that temp down. The higher it goes the harder it gets. A quick search finds the highest temp recorded in Zambia is 43.5C. Normal temps are about 30C to 35C.
