Not everything that is nodular in the liver = cirrhosis!

Here's an entity that can mimic cirrhosis grossly & on imaging: Nodular Regenerative Hyperplasia (NRH)

NRH usually occurs as a result of vascular abnormalities, such as heart failure and outflow obstruction.
