@NielStuart @BishopburnB @RadioTimes Me too, left hanging on for 30 mins to Subscription help line and they were incredibly unhelpful. Paid for 26 week subscription and was blithely told 'you have no subscription'. Really poor. I have no confidence it will be escalated

Nothing has arrived. Called customer services today and after waiting 30 mins to get through l was told I don't have a subscription

@HeathrowAirport Do you have a medical room that can be used by arrangement? I'm assuming the individual disabled toilets don't have counter tops? If the counter tops are in the public toilets I can imagine it would be problematic if people see her drawing up in a syringe

@HeathrowAirport Daughter is flying to Seoul tomorrow but needs to prepare and administer her fertility treatment injection 1 hour before departure. She has been told the only option is to use a disabled toilet. Surely this can't be right? Can you advise?

Must say, I'm not a huge fan of the archaic ceremonial stuff but these troopers do a bloody good job for the tourist industry and public relations.
