Most companies just don’t know how to find them yet. At @Atlassian, we’re getting closer but it took redefining what an “AI superuser” is 3x in 18 months.

We’re already re-evaluating our definition again for the coming year. The goal isn’t to land on a perfect metric. The goal is to keep asking sharper questions and to build a workforce strategy around the answer.

@AravSrinivas I’d love a way to take all my data to any AI so that they all know me deeply straight away but in a way that I control and is secure. Will be insane in terms of experience and convenience that enables.

Compatible with agents too. Imagine the convenience & personalisation this could unlock.
