after waiting for 1 hour, the #TIFF ticket website claims im NOT a member when in fact i have been for years. this is unacceptable. i have to re-enter the queue and surely won’t get any tickets. what a waste of time and money for members. disappointed. @TIFF_NET @tiff_help
