Today a Google bug started prompting people for TLS *user* certificates for "https://t.co/fmIP97QgVW". Seems to hit everyone across all browsers and OSes.

@SnazzyLabs No, they're useful. Useful idiots for Anthropic marketing, that is. This is at least the third time Anthropic has used this "too dangerous to release!" marketing ploy.

@MikeIsaac My apologies Mike, I foolishly replied before watching the video and now I see I had the wrong latency question in mind. I guess I'll leave this up in case it keeps others from making the same mistake.
@esrtweet Why do you trust your ability to evaluate the quality of LLM-generated Rust code if you've never written a line of it? Wouldn't you be on the wrong side of Dunning-Kruger for that?
@maxifirtman@n_cachanosky It is unwise to try to learn from "AI" (LLM chatbots). They are smooth bullshitters. If you don't already know the answer to a question, you are on the wrong side of Dunning-Kruger to spot a hallucination. You are practically begging to be fooled.

@n5zbz In California, it is illegal to pass a car that has stopped for a pedestrian at a marked or unmarked crosswalk. So what you were attempting to do would have been illegal in CA. Not sure about other states but may be similar. https://t.co/0541z37igo
@HBendaas@matthew_petti It kills me that they don't see stopping the genocide as a human moral imperative, they only care about how it affects their campaign strategy.
@BreannaMorello@DataRepublican Why did you grant anonymity to this source? Did you find an independent second source to confirm the material facts of this story?
