@SW_Help just been deposited at Waterloo after the 1625 exd to wat service failed to stop at Clapham junction as planned. Not a single announcement made on board about it?

@SW_Help It's not just this morning it's every service out of Waterloo on the Dorking route for the rest of the day. Other routes don't have this level of cancellation.

@SimonBurbage @SW_Help The 1220 WAT to EXD had just 3 too today, full and standing when we left Waterloo with people ironically off to the Beautiful Days festival. It's the longest route operated, there needs to be better planning.
