@SarzeLight @TsukuyomiHikari @YugiohbutAI normally yeah, but it works fine if it doesn't - it just proofs for the case where its level is reduced. there's plenty of precedent when cards have their properties changed, eg bystial baldrake ("other light or dark monster") can activate even if its own attribute becomes water

@RoborosewaterM @WillWeaverRVA 2 mana for 2 tokens is already a perfectly playable rate, i think stapling on a 3/3 flying defender pushes it too far to be printable already. that the 3/3 *isn't* a defender makes it crazy in aggro, the ramp doesn't matter if they're dead! also shes a commander for some reason
