The last info I had was a year old, and at that time it looked liked there would be no height limit for part of WC. This new info has a top height limit of 600' for the area closest to the Guadalupe Transit Core. I'm perfectly OK with 600' because "affordable" student housing will never be found in a supertall anyway. Here's a slide from the presentation:
