@5akeMark @UTDitzmiles If Bruno picks the ball up with his run, he has to cross the ball nonetheless and Mbeumo is outnumbered. Bruno was hoping Mbeumo would come short for the one-two. That’s the easier way to take out more defenders but Mbeumo was flat footed there.

@5akeMark @UTDitzmiles If that’s Mbeumo’s idea, which we are not sure, it’s flawed. If Bruno takes it to the wing for a cross, Mbeumo is alone in the box against three defenders. Bruno’s idea is a simple layoff that leaves him at least one on one with the keeper albeit from a difficult angle.
