As Balaperiyava walked through he paused for a moment, took the book in hand, went through and gave abundant ⚪Vibhooti & 🔴Kumkuma prasadam on the book itself 📔blessed Sriram for performing the anushtana well.

It is quite disappointing to see that the current Public Information Officer - Ms. K. Jayapriya - in the Office of the Commissioner of the @tnhrcedept is following the footsteps of her predecessors in shamelessly refusing information sought under the Right to Information Act, 2005.
Though I have not interacted much with this person who is now holding a position of Joint Commissioner in the HR&CE Department - and consequently a person who can also be identified as a Law Graduate - I have known her to be a knowledgeable person and someone who can really understand the subject of Religious Endowments unlike many in the Department who cannot even read or write proper English (or Tamil for that matter) in spite of holding high positions and being law graduates.

This Lady Ms. K Jayapriya is currently the Public Information Officer in the Office of the Commissioner of @tnhrcedept. I had asked copies of a few proceedings of the Commissioner vide my RTI application dated 14.03.2026. Madam condescended to look at it around 16.06.2026 i.e. after two months of delay - and then sign an unlawful refusal on 23.06.2026.
She or her office or both chose to post the unlawful reply on 02.07.2026.

For the 1st 3 queries of my 4 query RTI application - Madam says the files relate to matters that are ongoing.
So what? A record is an information under the RTI Act whether finished or not. She cannot give this idiotic reason to refuse information. Maybe she can, but to do that she should surrender her Law Degree since she seem to have no use for her study of law.

For the 4th query where I have asked for copies of 6 Letters of Commissioner from a single file, she comes with another STUPID reason -
"the information you have sought has the intention of diverting the human resources of the HR&CE Department" - WOW -
She is insulting all the King's horses and the King's men in the @tnhrcedept - she seem to suggest that they are imbeciles - she will need the entire workforce, human capital, staff, personnel, officers and whatnot of the @tnhrcedept to take photocopies of 6 letters.

Ms. Jayapriya, all along, I thought you are a good officer in the @tnhrcedept who knows her job - Don't prove me wrong Ma'am.

It doesn't behove any Public Information officer in the Department to shamelessly hide information any longer.

Not after Hon'ble Chief Minister @CMOTamilnadu Shri Joseph Vijay has taken charge of Tamil Nadu in a transparent manner.

Not after his trusted Lieutenant Shri @RameshOffcl is made by the Chief Minister as the Hon'ble Minister in charge of the @tnhrcedept

P.S. By the way, did you wait for Mr. Paranjothi, former Additional Commissioner, who is named as the Appellate Authority in your letter, to retire on 30.06.2026 before posting your reply to me on 02.07.2026? Bravo !

☀️ Chiranjeevi. Sai Shravan our new Brahmachari who will have his first Vedarambha this August'24 at Veda Ghosham insisted with his father (Sri Nagasubramaniam) that he will keep shikha (tuft) from now onwards.

👨🏻‍🍼This boy, ever since his Upanayana & having heard a 3.5 hour talk at Veda Ghosham on Upanayana Mahima & Mantrartha has got deeply influenced by our anushtanams & is performing Sandhyavandanam, Samiddhadanam & Brahmayagnam. So much so that he has left sleeping in afternoon as this is one of the promises he gives his father during his Upanayana, that he won't ever sleep henceforth in afternoon being initiated into Brahmacharya ashrama.

Yesterday you did a press conference asking for accountability in road infrastructure in Karnataka & demanded a dashboard showing project cost, contractor details, etc.

This is the exact same demand as QR-based scan system I have been raising for last one year. Good to see a good idea getting picked up.

I’ve shared many similar ideas for "Public Accountability App" across govt schools, hospitals, FSSAI etc. These ideas get millions of views & media coverage, but that means nothing unless govt implement them.

Please share your email ID. I’ll compile these ideas and send them across.

I’ll do this free of cost. In return, I expect you to raise these ideas in Parliament.

A convention centre named "Kalaignar Arivalayam" being built at a cost Rs. 550 Crores near Mahabalipuram.
Public Works Department of TN Government is building it. Former Chief Minister @mkstalin inspected the ongoing works two days ago - in what capacity - I do not know.

A news report in @the_hindu says that the project is waiting for 7.62 acres of land to be "transferred" by @tnhrcedept -
it is obvious that these lands would either be Hindu Temple lands or Hindu Endowments' lands since the misfits in @tnhrcedept are aware that the Fraud Department has zero lands to offer or transfer. It seems @the_hindu newspaper is not aware.

HR&CE Minister @RameshOffcl should take immediate steps to prevent alienation/transfer of lands of Hindu institutions for the purposes of convention hall named after anti-Hindu Karunanidhi.

After all, the lands are said to be required for entrance arch, landscaping etc. of the convention hall. Not at all essential.

Hindu Temple/Endowment lands are NOT sitting ducks to be taken by misfits, frauds and the corrupt.

As a 7 Judge Bench of Hon'ble Supreme Court said in 1954 they are generally INALIENABLE.

Our rural school Kalaivani Kalvi Maiyam, which provides completely free education to rural children, faced delays getting approvals from the previous government. Of course, significant money was demanded and we were told that was the only way, even if it is a completely free school.

இந்த 120 குடும்பங்களும் ஸ்ரீ வேதாரண்யேஸ்வரர் கோயில் நிலங்களைப் பல ஆண்டுகாலமாக வேண்டுமென்றே ஆக்கிரமிப்பு செய்து பக்கா மாடி வீடுகள் கட்டி வைத்துள்ள இந்துக் கோயில்களையும், இந்து மதத்தையும் மதிக்காத ஒரு கும்பல்.
இந்தப் படத்தில் ஒரே ஒரு இஸ்லாமியப் பெண் இருப்பதாகப் போட்டு மற்றவர்கள் எல்லாம் பெரும்பான்மை இந்துக்கள் போல் காட்டியுள்ளார். உண்மை இதற்கு நேர் மாறாக உள்ளது.

"பல ஆண்டுகளாக வசித்து வரும்" என்பதற்கு பதிலாக "பல ஆண்டுகளாக கோயில் சொத்தை ஆக்கிரமித்து பக்கா மாடி வீடுகள் கட்டி வசித்து வரும்" என்று யோக்கியனாக இருந்தால் போட்டிருப்பார்.

விலை கொடுத்து முறையாகப் பெற்ற சொத்தின் உரிமை சாதாரண உரிமையாக அரசியல் சட்டம் 300-A ஷரத்தின்
கீழ் வரும். ஒரு கோயிலின், மசூதியின், சர்ச்சின் சொத்துரிமை அரசியல் சட்டம் ஷரத்து 26ன் கீழ் அந்த மத நிறுவனத்தின் பாதுகாக்கப்பட்ட, உறுதி செய்யப்பட்ட அடிப்படை உரிமை ஆகும்.

வெகு நாட்கள் கழித்து, சட்ட வழிமுறைகளைப் பின்பற்றி ஆக்கிரமிப்பாளர்களை வெளியேற்ற @tnhrcedept எடுக்கும் போது "மக்கள் கேட்கும் கேள்விகள்" "மக்களின் நியாயமான கோரிக்கைகள்" எனப் போலியாக சித்தரிக்கும்
இவர் - இந்த ஆக்கிரமிப்பாளர்கள் வடமறைக்காடு கோயிலையே வேதாரண்யத்தில் ஆக்கிரமித்துள்ளனர்
என்பதை மறைத்துப் பேசுகிறார்.
மாற்று இடம் தர வேண்டும் என்று கேட்பதிலேயே இவர்கள்
ஆக்கிரமிப்பாளர்கள் என்பதைப் பச்சையாக ஒத்துக் கொண்டுள்ளார்.

தமிழக அரசு இரும்புக் கரம் கொண்டு இவர்களைக் கோயில் நிலங்களில் இருந்து உடனடியாக வெளியேற்ற வேண்டும். இவர் சமூகத்தைச் சேர்ந்த பலரைத் திரட்டி வெளியேற்று நடவடிக்கைகளை முடக்க முயல்வதாகச் செய்தி வருகிறது. சட்டப்படி அரசு அதிகாரிகள் எடுக்கும் நடவடிக்கைகளை சட்ட விரோதமாக எதிர்ப்பவர்களைச் சிறையில் தள்ள வேண்டும்.
