My parcel was delivered to the wrong address this morning, I was told him would come back and sort it and now I can’t get hold of anyone. Can someone help me?
@NatWest_Help my daughter has been messed around for over two weeks now and cannot get a straight answer from anyone. She has been told five times will raise a ticket and someone will call you back. Raised a complaint still waiting and today told the systems are down!!!
@GroupePVCP how can I get a reply to my complaint about Village Nature Paris? I sent various what’s app messages as instructed whilst on my holiday and nothing got resolved and now I am back I have sent a very long email and would like a response and refund ASAP!
@currys how am I meant to report a repair to the care and repair team if when you call you spend 5 minutes going through all the options and then it cuts you off? You can on live chat to be told call the number that cuts you off? Really helpful.
@Mr_Taak97 @SkyHelpTeam We are the same three phones on Sky and one one EE and can’t call out or receive calls. Just received a text update to say I will get a further update in the next 48 hours and they are working on it
@LeShuttle sat at Calais and have been for nearly an hour waiting to board. What’s the hold up? Straight through border control no issues and now the queues here are getting longer and longer? The signs just keep saying boarding imminent
@MorganGuru@LeShuttle We were held in the car park even through it said we could proceed through. Now stuck in the queue for passport control. I assume our 13.50 would have gone.
@LeShuttle We have only just been let through for our which is 13.50. What happens now as no way all of the cars that were held back in the car park until 5 minutes before departure?
