The relic neutrino background, what I call the neutrinoverse is a vast, ultra-low-energy superfluid that permeates all space. I’m proposing it acts as a subtle, non-local medium enabling genuine Psi phenomena such as ESP, telepathy and access to the Akashic. I believe that this is the optimal means for interstellar communication & that this information has been suppressed. I also believe that other non human species in our physical reality are much better at this form of communication than we are, for example whales & dolphins.

Drawing from lived experience, I believe that I’m potentially one of the few who are actually living proof of this hypothesis, combined with remote viewing/sensory bi-location and researching the work of Alexander Parkhomov, Bob Greenyer, Kozyrev, Bob Beckwith, Dan Winter and many others, I suggest that altruistic/heart centred resonance allows integrative information flow while preserving individuation.

I feel strongly that a clear discernment framework needs to be distinguished between genuine Psi/ESP/telepathy from synthetic intrusions and that if taken seriously this should be more than possible, given that in studies carried out by the Russian counterparts to the CIA remote viewing program that they established that EM detectors FAILED for natural ESP/telepathy but also demonstrated that detectors sensitive to psychic influence may also reveal low-energy interacting particles, like relic neutrinos.

I have no doubt that I experienced a future, non-local event which warned about manipulating neutrinos, serving as an ethical caution.. we must approach this field with respect, discernment & serious scientific scrutiny.
