Yeah, you never know. HCT on its own is probably less dangerous unless you have some other underlying issues that it can trigger. Like, a body that is prone to make blood clots or some shit like that. But yea, walking & hydration solves it in my case. Are you taking anything else? I was on reta for a moment, started getting acid.

Yeah, hematrocit can be dangerous if not taken seriously. I’m making sure to stay hydrated and working out 3-5 times per week (heavy weights), and averaging 7,000-11,000 steps every day. That kinda keeps it under control, but the moment I go even 5mg of test - hematrocit also gets pushed above the upper limit…
