@Carvana That was my experience with the first two cars. But this third car?? The absolute worst experience possible with @carvana and @silverrockinsur. Almost one month later and it's been to Pep Boys 2xs, then Meineke, now Aamco. So for me...my last experience.
Our teachers are the backbone of New Jersey.
Congratulations to the 2022-2023 County Teachers of the Year! It’s no wonder New Jersey’s public schools are among the best in the nation.

@D_LACKNER_@RutgersAltRoute Love! “Music is the shorthand of emotion. Emotions, which let themselves be described in words with such difficulty, are directly conveyed to man in music, and in that is its power and significance.” — Leo Tolstoy #AltRtEd#Standuptobullying
@RutgersAltRoute @DrSharBiggs @tinaleed@NeelDesaiBA Thank you so much for allowing me to learn with you today! What a wonderful time of sharing and learning this has been! I came to teaching via @RutgersAltRoute and I’m always so grateful for all they poured into me and I’m happy to pay it forward. #AltRtEd#Standuptobullying
@jhasmanys1@RutgersAltRoute Emotional support for everyone across the board is so important. Sometimes (and rightfully so), we mostly focus on the bullied. But that bully also needs help and emotional support. #AltRtEd#Standuptobullying
@RutgersAltRoute A5.2: We need to ensure that students are equipped with the capacity to empathize with others, regulate their own emotions, assess their feelings and make decisions based on consideration of and respect for others. #AltRtEd#Standuptobullying
@RutgersAltRoute A5: In general, Ss whose social and emotional needs remain unmet, are bullies or become the bullied. To teach SEL skills that will help Ss to handle life’s challenges more effectively, we must first teach them how to self-regulate and self-monitor. #AltRtEd#Standuptobullying
@RutgersAltRoute A4.2: One of the challenges of HIB is differentiating between conflict and bullying. So often, the word “bullying” is offhandedly thrown around when students just don’t get along. It is incumbent on us, as educators, to recognize the difference. #AltRtEd#Standuptobullying
@RutgersAltRoute A4.1: We need to be intentional about teaching students how to be upstanders and defenders instead of bystanders. Talking about bullying and solicit Ss’ support in characterizing bullying as unacceptable behavior is key to the HIB prevention program. #AltRtEd#Standuptobullying
@RutgersAltRoute A4: HIB provides teachers with opportunities for teachable moments that allow us to have open discussions about what it is and isn’t. #AltRtEd#Standuptobullying
