@Ryanair App not working all morning. Arrived 2.5h before my flight and was told @ bag drop to go to customer services to checkin 4 free. Qd for 45m & had to pay £55 online checkin closed in q. Told I shouldve informed Ryanair of issues. Isn't it what customer services is for?!?

@HMRCcustomers Hi - this is not what I was asking. He receives non-taxable lodgings payments from his workplace as he works away from home. He has to fill out a form confirming his residence and that he makes payments there. In the circumstances described above, what should he put on the form?

@HMRCcustomers non-taxable lodgings q. Friend gets this & makes declaration each 6m. He is divorcing & not living at home but still paying same share until divorce settles, will move back. Temp at parents & paying rent. is he still entitled to benefit? what goes on the form?

The book is currently sitting just outside the Kindle top 100. Anything you can do to push it up the charts would be most welcome. This is an exercise in spreading the word, rather than making money, but Dave Amazon's Amazing Algorithms tend to take note when a book gets inside the Top 100 and pushes it elsewhere.

@Ringerz @CCFCJohnMc @British_Airways Us last year - took BA to CEDR (and won) after cabin crew dropped passport then handed it in to ground crew rather than checking passengers. They missed every CEDR deadline, filed 130 page defence and wasted everyone's time. Took 8 months. Shocking service.

@SouthernRailUK Why did you replace a 6 carriage train with a c. 20 seat bus? C.30ppl currently standing for over an hour on the very hot 'replacement' bus from lewes to three bridges. Most of the train are waiting an hour for the next due to limited space. Not a 'replacement'.

@Tesco just bought a bag of fresh mixed peppers and found the middle one is squished - not got time to take it back until the weekend and didn't print a receipt (did use my clubcard) any point in trying to take it back??
