@ta06 @RachelNotley Federal government has made large infrastructure projects near impossible in Canada. We have the resources to be near 100% self sufficient if the willpower was there to do so.
@owenbigland Funny. I had the EXACT same thought when this was announced. This just opens up the doors for people with money to buy more of whatever they want. I struggle to see how this helps people that need a hand up.

Love all the reporting that the rate was slightly lower than analysts' expectations as if that's significant...it's not. It makes no difference whether "the analysts" were right or wrong.
On average we pay 8.1% more for things vs June '21.
