Here are a couple of recipes that I wrote up to scale and deploy, a microservices web app using @heroku and @npmjs, @nodejs https://t.co/Xp6yfb8SJS …, let me know your thoughts!
Step 1. Build a focused productivity app to solve a specific problem that bloated apps can’t.
Step 2. Build a productivity app that consolidates features of aforementioned focused apps.
Step 3. Repeat until AI takes our jobs.
@BoxEng Thanks, I will use this for product issues. In this case though my question was if there is an email address for engineering applications (until your vendor fixes the career site)
@BoxEng there seems to be an issue with your career site, can't submit an application - see JS console (tried 2 different positions, with cleared cookies as well)
We were finalists in the biggest hackathon of Europe and winners of the health track with @ybrux@matas_po@shaikouski. Here is a writeup of my experience there: https://t.co/BnA9dNuxPi

@peruvianidol Confusing: (in the beginning) the existence of user agent stylesheets, many ways to achieve the same thing. Frustrating: everything looks easy/simple but is freaking hard (esp. before flexbox&grid), inheritance, source order matters (sometimes).
@zachleat@robweychert A lil' late to the game buuut (breathing deeply) https://t.co/VzzO7KLz98
Still lots to do from adding content, webpack (just to play around) to accessibility and pwa scores (yes, font loading too ;) Thanks to this wonderful thread for the inspiration, so many nice ideas!
@JayHanlon@jonskeet To be precise your exact wording is "Stack Overflow is intended to be an inclusive place where EVERY programmer can participate." (emphasis mine)
@JayHanlon@jonskeet Doesn't this contrast what Jeff himself is writing here (from the aforementioned thread)? https://t.co/f0ZS0TJvBP … Can you elaborate on what has changed in between?
@lmcdo_@alilynnet@DominicCronin @cristynhoward @Bob_at_BH @aprilwensel@spolsky@StackOverflow an interactive tutorial is a very interesting idea! but bear in mind, the intended audience for SO is not, and has never been, beginners or people just starting to learn to code. I'd recommend https://t.co/HqDaotg4TP, codecademy, khan academy, etc for those folks
What stood out for me from @StackOverflow Developer's insights: how fast the imposter syndrome kicks in compared to compassion and connection with peers, that develop more gradually. That and the over 90% of male participants... https://t.co/YQWB54gdv3
