@Budget I had a VERY awful experience with one of your rental cars and subsequent service. Can I get a customer service email address or a representative to talk to. I was not safe and I don't want this happening to other future customers, especially females traveling alone.

First time flying @SouthwestAir from HNL to Vegas and not gonna lie it was pretty great! Snacks galore! The most friendly flight attendants, wifi, free checked bag and comfy seats (recommend getting the extra comfort package) Will definitely be flying again with you!
