22 hours later still no update, still NO initial contact. Please just tell us what is going on! I shouldn’t be waiting 34 hours after landing without a single effort made to reasure anyone the issue is being dealt with! @British_Airways phone lines cut me off & helplink is a bot!

Our Flight BA060 was delayed last night, then we waited over an hour for our bags but due to no ground crew we were told to leave Heathrow5 & report online. Can someone update on how long this process takes? I need my bags & the portal isnt most informative🤦🏼‍♀️ @British_Airways

@British_Airways Hi Kev, yes. The tracking didn’t update until today and still says searching for our bags. I still haven’t heard anything from BA since the 19th when I was told to leave T5 without my bags. I got a ref myself by reporting my bags missing (they aren’t missing as far as I know)

@British_Airways @HeathrowAirport I arrived on flight last night and told to go home. 24hours later and still nothing from BA. Get disconnected via phone and the baggage website doesn’t work; keeps saying it cannot create a lost baggage report. This customer service cannot be blamed on a storm.

I landed 34 hours ago after a 2 hour delay, still NO info received. I believe safety of airport staff is NUMBER 1 but how hard is it to update passengers with a ‘send to all’ email. I am very upset with how this has been handled, tbh it has ruined my experience! @British_Airways
