@WyomingStateBar I consider Arizona to be a high waste state with regards to the Colorado river. Cotton and alfalfa fields and endless desert development sucking it dry. Arizona needs to get their own mess sorted out before coming for more upstream. Wyoming already sends a surplus downstream.
