@viking_boer May I nake a suggestion… just not Austin though. Find a smaller town within 30 minutes or so outside of a big city. That way you get the quiet & charm of a small town but can have the conveniences fairly close by. It’s the best if both worlds in my opinion.
@ThrillaRilla369 Honestly, my parents (especially my dad) would be so disappointed I would be wrecked. I can’t imagine ever cussing out my parents. Now the gestures I may have used in teenage anger behind a closed door is a different story.
Dear World Cup Guests,
Thank you for sharing your experiences with us online, we are so happy you're here, getting to see all the different parts of America and meeting new friends.
I would however on behalf of all of us normal, kind, hard working and helpful Americans, like to apologize for the few who insist on trying to rain on your joy in the comments and replies. We know they're annoying and ridiculous, just ignore them. They're miserable fun suckers and usually beyond help.
The vast majority of us are having a blast traveling around the country with you! If we can help in anyway please don't hesitate to ask!
Keep eating, drinking, singing and chanting!
Love,
All 50 of the United States 🇺🇸
I lived in the UK for 4 yrs when my husband was in the USAF. While I still love the UK, it truly gave a love and appreciation for the USA. I had taken it for granted. I still love to travel and learn about other cultures, but there’s no place like home. Lord willing, I will always live in the USA.
@ThrillaRilla369 If I had daughters, I would prefer my husband take them into the women’s restroom like this dad did. My husband has informed me how nasty the men’s restrooms usually are. Besides, little girls don’t need to be around men at a urinal.
