This is a problem that surfaces time & again as the interest of RWA's is to sell energy by setting up charging stations. They are creating roadblocks to EV adoption. My RWA doesn't allow EV charging stations anywhere within the community immaterial of whether private or public

My RWA claims that car parking is common area as per apartment ownership act 1972 and I don't own it even if I purchased and registered it in my sale deed. And so there is no provision in the law to allow me to install an EV charging point in my parking slot.

For eg. many apartments offer convenience of Gas pipelines & have gas banks. Safety measures need to be put in place and convenience extended to residents. That's the role of RWA.
