Sohanlal Jain, a 71-year-old man from Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh, had been battling cancer for two years. In a heartfelt 2021 letter to his close friend Ambalal Prajapati, he requested that his funeral be a celebration with music, dancing, and no tears. When Jain passed away on July 30, 2025, Prajapati honored his friend’s last wish by dancing in front of the funeral procession despite emotional pain and social hesitation. The heartfelt gesture went viral, becoming a powerful symbol of true friendship and fulfilling promises beyond death.

Murthy Sir it's ur company.. So no matter u worked 24x7 u get reward for that..

Employees salary don't increase like that.. Ceo salary over the years multiplied 1.6cr to 30cr etc employees 1.6 2 lacs to 4 lacs base package..

Every owner works day and night but they know they get full rewards employees get fix salary only.. Best case 10 20% hike next year..

@SmtSudhaMurty madam why this debate all the time.. Working for 24 hrs is also useless.. Working for 6 hrs also fruitful.. How productive u r is important..

Ask Murthy sir to end this debate..

No employee will work for that many hrs in return they get nothing but 10 20% hike only..

So 1st rewards should be shared equally like share holders.. But even when not like ceos getting hikes employees should get hikes then they will work for 16 hrs also right now also working for 12 hrs but getting paid for 8 only..

This is useless debate.. You can't compare owners to working time with employees.. Owners getting full benefit of end result employees not

Every one has huge respect for Murthy couple for their contribution to society & their views r OK once a while.. But creating debate out of it everytime.. Not so welcomed step 🙏.. Think about employees getting against what they r giving.. White collar jobs doesn't mean they will work like donkey..

That's the reason AI will come into play & ease life for all plus help improve productivity as well
