The hardest problem in AI video was never the look. It's the motion — warped limbs, floaty characters, movement that doesn't read as human.

Here's the fix VFX artists are landing on: stop letting the model invent the motion. Perform it on a green screen, convert that take into a depth previs, and use it to drive the AI render. The real motion transfers straight through — clean, directable, shot after shot.
