@exxfive @butala_aryan It can “see” the wires/ropes just fine - remember a camera can see everything the human eye can. It is not a sensor issue and lidar is not needed. The issue or what needs more attention is teaching all the things to do/not to do when wires/ropes are present

@elis It’s a great intersection to test FSD. And there’s no perfect way to judge whether someone from that direction is turning or not. Ppl have their left signal on and go straight and ppl don’t signal and turn left. What FSD did, occurs there all day long.

@elis I make this same turn everyday onto Lincoln in Santa Monica and there’s really no telling if the cars coming from that direction are coming to a near stop for the huge dip OR to make a left, ppl don’t use their left signal if they are turning. I see humans do the same daily

Unsupervised won’t behave like supervised currently does at times, no need to point out discomforts because it’s SUPERVISED. hit the reason button and carry on

Therefore whether they think a person is annoying should not affect outcome or treatment of that person. They may find your haircut annoying, tho ur being nice to them

And with hyperinflation of the past few years, ppl want to cut expenses. Simple transport shouldn’t be the most expensive purchase next to a home

@DirtyTesLa The obsession with speed is tired at this point.. Put it in the setting that follows the speed limit closest as that’s what the car will do in unsupervised. If you live a lifestyle where a few mph makes or breaks your day on your way to the store - AV’s aren’t for you.

@ray4tesla Shouldn’t have even posted this safety is priority many safe human drivers would stop briefly too til they’re confident they know exactly what’s happening. Always better for an autonomous car to perform a safer action than riskier. A really slow approach or brief stop is safest

@OutofSpecDetail There’s nothing wrong with charging this fast, it’s when it cost more, that’s the problem. As an EV owner you don’t mind napping, working, watching content, shopping, eating while charging for 35min. So if the charge/car cost more, I don’t need all that range that fast.

@Chassdesk @cybrtrkguy @SawyerMerritt No one road trips an EV. You rent a larger more convenient gas car for $2-300 and save the wear and tear and mileage on ur EV. If you want to take ur EV well it has pros/cons like everything in life. Theres cons to charging super fast as well
