ދުނިޔޭގެ ޞިއްޙަތު ދުވަހުގެ ހެޔޮ އެދުންތައް ޞިއްޙީދާއިރާގެ އެންމެހާ މަސައްކަތްތެރިންނަށް އަރިސްކުރަމެވެ.

ޞިއްޙީ ދާއިރާގެ މަސައްކަތްތެރިންގެ ތެރޭގައި ބޮޑު އިންސައްތައެއް ހިއްސާކުރަނީ އަންހެން މަސައްކަތްތެރިން ކަމަށް ވީހިނދު، މައިންނަށް ލުއި ލިބޭނެ ފަދަ ރަނގަޅު މަސައްކަތުގެ މާޙައުލެއް ޤާއިމުކޮށްދިނުމަކީ ފެންވަރު ރަނގަޅު ޞިއްޙީ ޚިދުމަތެއް ފޯރުކޮށްދިނުމަށްޓަކައި ނުހަނު މުހިންމު ކަމެކެވެ.

އަދި ވިހެއުމަށްފަހު، އަމިއްލަ ޞިއްޙަތާއި ތުއްތު ދަރިފުޅުގެ ޞިއްޙަތާއި ބޭނުންތަކަށް އުނިކަމެއް އަޔަނުދީ، ގިނަ ދުވަހު ޞިއްޙީ ދާއިރާގެ ޚިދުމަތުގައި އަންހެން މަސައްކަތްތެރިންނަށް ދެމިތިބެވޭނެ މަގު ފަހިކޮށްދިނުމަށްޓަކައި މިހާރު ޢަމަލުކުރަމުންދާ މެޓާނިޓީ ޕޮލިސީއަށް ޒަމާނާ ގުޅޭ ހެޔޮ ބަދަލުތަކެއް ގެންނަންޖެހެއެވެ.

Maldivian government has decided to not to consider bachelors degree or master degree of healthcare workers and hence forcing them to work in lower levels with lower pay.

Healthcare workers deserve work-life balance and over time cap encourages this. However due to the severe shortages of staff, HCWs are asked to work beyond the overtime cap. Over time pay in these situations must never be restricted, and HCWs will not tolerate forced labour without pay.

The immediate parent organizations of all the HCWs in the Maldives; Ministry of Health and Civil Service Commission have failed to do their job in taking care of their employees. These organizations were supposed to promote the HCWs to posts matching their qualifications which they did not do in the past years, and so before the pay harmonization took place this chance was given again.

Instead of doing their work, they have simply given the (outdated) misinformation about HCWs to National Pay Commission, Ministry of Finance and Presidents Office creating this huge blunder.

Personals from these organizations must be held accountable for this treason.
