@curryspcworld @TeamKnowhowUK had my FAULTY washing machine a week now. Still not been able to organise my exchange because all of your departments don’t talk to eachother or want to help. Worst customer service I have ever received.

@TeamKnowhowUK What I am struggling with is why you expect your customer to have to return a faulty machine. Why should I have to bring this back to store when it’s your fault. It won’t fit in my car so I don’t understand how you expect me to do this?

@TeamKnowhowUK I bought a washing machine from Currys on 25th August. It is faulty and I have spoken to someone about getting this sorted but they have cancelled my engineer appointment. I want a replacement as I am not accepting a faulty brand new machine. Please can you help.
