@JamesHu27192912 We don’t talk about these things. We watch our neighbors lose their spouses and we carry on. We suffer our losses and imagine a different time. Growing old reveals the truth in the times I was not sensitive to the ones I loved best, especially my Gram. Thanks for sharing
@ClayTravis Yeah I live in California and I know what is going on! Right. That stuff infuriates me because that is the machine working. She says “pay no attention to the train wreck, it’s under control “. Geez she must have stock in U-Haul!
We were heavily involved in Catholic Engaged Encounter for many years in our early marriage. 1,2,3 kids. Finding babysitters for the weekend. Go off and share our stories with the couples. Away from home Friday and Saturday nights hoping to prepare them for a sacramental marriage. Holy work. Then Sunday evening. Arrive at the airport- sometimes we expected a marching band because the spirit was so strong. No, just get your car and drive for hours to pick the kids up. Then there’s Monday and you work your week. Ministry in service. No marching bands. You know you are doing his work. Amen brother.
@mirandadevine The stroke angle is actually not very smart. But she knows she can say whatever and the ladies of the view will fawn over it. Brainwashed vapidity. Yes I know some.
