@SC_PharmD Hmmm that’s unfortunate. I cut caffeine out completely about a year ago and my sleep improved with that but it’s so hard when you need to stay up all night 🤦🏼‍♀️

@SC_PharmD I haven’t figured out the eating part - generally try to keep healthy snacks on hand and only eat when hungry, but always eat 2-3 hrs before bed. But then occasionally I’ll still only have 1 small meal/d 🤦��‍♀️

@SC_PharmD I prioritize sleep over everything, focus on 6-8 hr/d. Then I’m rested enough to exercise and benefit from it. Interestingly, I’m healthier now that I’m 7 on/7 off nights (I think since I actually prioritize sleep)
