@metacryst Aside from a full UDP API in JavaScript on mobile and desktop, we are releasing a new p2p library this month for NAT traversal and reliable packet delivery. This will help people to build a lot of interesting things.

@chomotkar @mikeal Phonegap doesn’t run on desktop without electron. Electron produces a 200Mb binary, we produce a 1Mb binary. We don’t require node, or rust. Significantly smaller code base to maintain. The list of significant advantages and native web polyfils is actually pretty long.
