@TfL after a annoying start to our journey this morning when there were network issues at Shoebury leaving us unable to purchase tickets to travel,the very lovely James at West Ham station was so helpful and found the most affordable way for me + my 13 year old daughter to travel
@c2c_Rail you have excelled this morning, car park payment machine not working thankfully I am able to pay on line but some older people cannot, ticket machine not working and ticket office closed. Good work not!!!
Shopped in @asda Shoebury earlier. New tills installed You couldn't use contactless giftcards or vouchers from the rewards app. I'm lucky I was able to afford my shop but would like to use my voucher. In this cost of living crisis some people rely on these vouchers. Unacceptable
@CostaCoffee I just want to praise one of your baristas. Unfortunately, I do not know her name, but she was so fabulous and helpful to my daughter that she deserves to be mentioned. She went above and beyond today. She works at Southend Hospital and it was around 16:30

@ArgosHelpers I did, but it was they way that it was left outside my house in full view that I'm cross about. The driver rang my ring doorbell and left. No chance for me to answer
@Argos_Online had a delivery today, it was delivered in the window given, the driver rung my video doorbell (I was not home) they decided to leave my parcel on my doorstep in plain view of the street, and not wait for an answer. It was yodel. Glad I paid for delivery!!! Not!
