@riconuila I have a full time job with benefits now, but last year I was self employed and paid $1600 *per month* for marketplace insurance and my hip surgery cost an additional $8500 out of pocket. I’m still paying those bills almost a year later. Our healthcare system is criminal.

@BeschlossDC I was in middle school. My English teacher left to get something from the library and she came back into the classroom white as a sheet. She told us the news through her tears, then pulled out the TV so we could watch the coverage. It still makes me sad to remember that day.
