@B3rk3l3yHunt@DictatorKiffin@marrinpleee I mean if you look at the two squads right now the US one is pretty clearly better and since 2000 the US has 19 wins against Mexico to Mexico’s 11 against the US, so yeah I’d argue they’re not a superior team to the US
@charlie57094741@flameosumeet They played in a stadium that isn’t being used for the World Cup. When it’s the NFL offseason NFL stadiums will remove the grass from the field so they can host concerts and other events. The English FA could’ve easily scheduled the game at an MLS stadium with permanent grass.
@diesel_y2j Idk why people keep bringing up college football stadiums tbh. The US has plenty of really cool looking stadiums, the college football ones are just historic and large.
@battleman5595@XaviSol_ The whole point is that it’s called the WORLD Cup lmao. 48 teams might be too much but a 10 team tournament with only European and South American teams is kind of missing the whole point of the World Cup.
@lambeauliving Europeans would’ve HATED it lmao. They’re already complaining about having to take the hour-long train to get from NYC to MetLife imagine how mad they’d be if they had to drive 2 hours from Milwaukee to Green Bay for a game😭
@EwanBen The obsession yall have with chants is so weird lol. 90% of the English chants are just dumb, like how is chanting USA any different than Chelsea fans just singing “CHELSEA CHELSEA CHELSEA “ all game?
