@realaxelfoley I appreciate your no-nonsense discussion with Dan Walters. As an FYI California has no write-in options after the primary for state and federal offices. Local and county and schools, etc can do what they want. But for spots like Governor, it is just the Top Two, take your pick.

@michaelsclair If Korea then had scored again, tiebreak 2 would have been 8-7-7, automatically eliminating Australia & Korea would have lost the remaining tiebreak to Chinese Taipei due to head to head. Moon knew an 8th run scored then was baseball suicide. Korea won on Tiebreak 3. Smart team.

@michaelsclair Thanks for detailed article about Australia/Korea. You may want to note that in 9th after Korea scored run 7, Moon was Kd on 3 pitches. He took 2 strike pitch center plate & didn't swing. If Korea had scored again they would've been eliminated. He knew. Tiebreaker 2 was 7-7-7.

@ruima Rio, I don't get the passion about attending a specific UC campus for the first 2 years. He was admitted to other UC campuses and CSU campuses. I encourage reflection on what a student wants from the first two years on a specific UC campus vs a community college. Could transfer.

@jonathanfleming Agree that the looting is tragic, but each city gets to set its own priorities. Plenty of Democratic-led cities in Calif where this criminality is unacceptable. Oakland voters have the right to destroy the safety of their own city, if that is what they repeatedly choose.

@NikkiMedoro I appreciate your analyses that of the 34 felony charges, at least a few will end in convictions. Even if the jury votes to reduce to misdemeanors, Trump could be fined with a choice of a period of incarceration or a number of days of community service picking up highway trash.

@paulmitche11 Well-written analysis Paul. We Democrats should commit to ten-years of consistent communication to registered AIP members to provide them a chance at least once a year to reregister as Decline-to-State. Special focus to new AIP members who do not know what they joined.
