Tank is a 2 year old Chocolate Lab and comes to us from Performance K9 in Carlsbad, Ca. Tank is a peer support K9 that will help combat occupational stress. He is a welcome addition to our agency.

Engine 29 assisted a 65yo male that fell off of his bicycle and had a possible concussion. 29 brought the patients bicycle home two blocks away after the patient was transported. He had been collecting cans all morning and couldn’t bring them in the ambulance. #oaklandfire

#SCFPD and @ModestoFire responded to a reported RV on fire in the 100 blk of I st in #waterford. The fully involved motorhome spread to a detached garage. Crews were able to achieve knockdown, and kept the fire from spreading to nearby homes.

Amazing video of a rescue performed by #SCFPD today just west of #waterford. The driver accidentally drove her car into the @mod_irrigation canal. Fire personnel were able to pull the solo occupant who was suffering from hyperthermia symptoms. @modbee @KayRecede

@ModestoFire and #SCFPD Responded to @OakdaleHigh for a portable classroom on fire. Crews were able to quickly extinguish this fire keeping it to just one classroom. @StanislausFIU investigating. #cityofoakdale

#SCFPD @ModestoFire responded to a house fire west of #cityofwaterford. Fire was through the roof upon arrival 5 minutes after dispatch. There were multiple roof collapses that hampered suppression efforts. @TurlockFire provided station coverage #hughsonfire provided a tender.

B23 will be returning to Div I today for a 24 hr shift. They were there on their last shift assisting with fireline control as well as mopping up the fire perimeter. This is their last shift, a new crew is expected to replace them tomorrow. #CaldorFire
