Finishing a chapter on how ICT policies influence Innovations in #highereducation in #SADC. I’m struck by how many countries promised to transform into Knowledge Based Economies - hot term in early 2000s to about 5yrs a go. Are we still doing the #knowledgebasedeconomy thing?

I couldn’t work yesterday, I needed a mental health day. I’m not famous nor am I a very public person, so you probably didn’t know this. This week triggered trauma I’ve been processing much of my life.
I just want to remind many of those folks who know me, who know of me, that every single time there is a story of something happening to a Black person, that shouldn’t have happened to that person, I see my own face.
